Jenny Norene Design respects your privacy. When you place an order with us, you provide your name, address, phone number, credit card number and email address. We use this information only for processing your order, notifying you of order and shipping status and letting you know about special promotions (if you choose to join our mailing list). We protect your personal data and do not share it with anyone.

Item Availability
Although we make every effort to have all items in stock occasionally we may sell out of a certain item. In this case, we will send an email to notify you and any changes will be reflected in your order total.
Sales Tax
Jenny Norene Design charges sales tax in all states where we have a physical presence. Currently, this is only Texas.
Payment
American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. All prices are in US Dollars.
Product Representation
We have made every effort to represent the products on this page as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Shipping
We currently offer
shipping via UPS Ground and USPS Express Mail. You may make
your selection at check-out. Please note that UPS does not
deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders are processed Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays. Jenny Norene Design is not
responsible for and will not issue any refunds for delays on the
part of UPS, USPS, or any carrier. Jenny Norene Design is not
responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect address provided
by the purchaser. If a delivery package is refused, rejected
or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge
your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from jennynorene.com. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of the original shipment date. If you would like to return an item purchased at our online store, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to returns@jennynorene.com to let us know that you will be returning an item.
2. Place your item in a box along with the original receipt and a brief description of why you are returning the item.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges.
Factory Outlet Returns
For Factory Outlet items, returns will be accepted within 10 days of
the original shipment date. No exceptions will be made so
please check your item as soon as it arrives! Follow the
steps above to return the item.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges within 14 days of the original shipment date.
Please follow the steps above for returns. When you email
returns@jennynorene.com please let
us know what item you would like to exchange and the replacement
item you are requesting.
